Quarta Musical #56 ou seria Quinta Musical #1?

Leitores, ontem, por problemas técnicos fiquei impossibilitada de fazer o tradicional post de quarta. Fiquei o dia todo sem internet, o que por um lado foi bem chato, mas por outro, acabei fazendo algumas coisas que precisava. O pior foi que na terça-feira pensei em deixar o post programado…êêêê… intuição boa!! pena q não tomei a atitude certa…hahaha.

Como segunda foi o comemorado o Nationaldagen (dia Nacional da Suécia) sou “obrigada” a colocar um video clássico, de uma banda clássica da Suécia. Eles são tão importantes que possuem uma foto enorme ao lado de outros astros suecos no aeroporto de Arlanda (Estocolmo), dando as boas vindas aos turistas…rs

Quarta Musical #46: James Morrison

O cantor, compositor e guitarrista James Morisson nasceu em 13 de agosto de 1984 em Rugby, Warwickshire – Inglaterra. Com 21 anos, Morisson tornou-se sensação no Reino Unido com seu álbum de estréia Undiscovered, de 2006; com sua voz que alterna momentos de  soprosidade, rouquidão e aspereza, James conquistou o disco de platina nas Ilhas Britânicas!¹

Morrison trouxe de volta a paixão pela soul music clássica e a postura de cantores/compositores dos anos 70. Através de sua mãe, escutou artistas como Steve Wonder, Otis Redding, Van Morrison, e Al Green; e de seu pai,  artistas  populares como Leadbelly e Woody Gurthrie.
